Unattached lipoma
 

I was wondering if this thing could be keeping my legs from working? My Neurosurgeon said he was thinking about going after it but he didn,t. He said go home and lose weight and that would shrink the Lipoma. Now I don,t know if the thing is causing symptoms or not! It is inside the spine at the Cauda Equina (horses tail). Anybody had experience with something like this? Thanks Ken in Texas
