Post Concussion Psychosis?

Hi All I am here because my family member is experiencing what seems to be psychosis after suffering a concussion a few years back and then possibly another one a few months after the first. What I am hoping for is some help on what type of specialist he should be referred to. He appears to be experiencing hallucinations, he is often enraged, isolates himself, doesn't sleep, becomes obsessive over subjects and appears to disassociate at times. He is unable to work or live on his own. His condition is deteriorating rapidly and he needs help. Thanks for any guidance.
