Anyone here with rheumatoid factor and a possible NMD?

Hi guys,

I came here via the ALS forums, and I got there by searching for people with a positive rheumatoid factor but no diagnosis (ie they've been cleared of RA / connective tissue disease).

Mine is high (50-70IU; it has varied slightly) and I also have a slightly elevated creatine kinase (less than twice the reference range). LDH was a tiny bit high at one point but is now back to normal.

Symptoms: left leg weakness (most obvious when descending stairs) and a bunch of strange neuro symptoms (muscle twitches, jerks, dizziness). All other bloodwork is totally normal.

It seems that there are a lot of people in this situation, so I thought I'd post here on the chance that any of you were since diagnosed. The only NMDs I'm aware of that have RF positivity are Churg Strauss Syndrome and Myasthenia Gravis (I have no eye or arm weakness), but I'm sure that list isn't exhaustive.
