could not ever bring myself to end my shower with cold water!
burrr!!!! Lots of good stuff.:) wonder why melatonin is bad for sad folks? bizi |
I shiver just thinking of cold water.
I love my light, I keep curtains open and try to sit in front of the window. SAMs club has a set of my lights and I want to get them before the days get any shorter. I can't get up to go get coffee; the expense, it's way too cold, and the three morning I go down my ds to get the dgs out to school I am up at 3:45AM and go back to bed for a nap. Good read |

Stop taking melatonin in the winter.
Even those of us in sunny places can suffer from SAD.
I only learned recently that SAD is caused by too much MELATONIN. People who use it should stop taking it in the winter time or take it under the direction of a medical person who understands it -- someone like my sleep doc. Mari |
