oops! Disregard my question on Anti In diet

Sorry - I just saw the post on the diet. It was a few posts back and I somehow missed it. I am thinking of trying it as my CRP level is 5.3 which is very high and suggests some underlying inflammatory condition. I guess that would be my FM and RSD. This says I am at a high risk for cariovascular disease.
