:):Excited::Excited::Excited::Excited: OK, here is my problem:: I need to know exactly what this MRI is telling me, here is what it says:
1. Left paracentral disc protrusion at T8-T9 causing mild effacement of the left ventral lateral spinal cord without definite cord signal abnormality.

2. Left paracentral disc extrusion of T11-T12 with mild effacement of the thecal sac without definte cord contact.:confused.

Our spinal forum might have more help but what I see is this..

Disk material is mildly touching spinal cord @ T8/9
Disk material is not contacting spinal cord @ T11/12

On the spinal forum it will also help for best responses to include your pain & any symptoms. what, where etc..

There are sticky threads on the spinal forum too with medical terminology and information.
