Very interesting. Thank you for posting. I especially enjoyed his coverage of diet. He outlined essentially the same diet I've been trying to follow since the spring. It's Dr Terry Wahl's diet for MS.

Dr. Hooshmand wrote about the 4 F's Diet for RSD/CRPS back in 99.

Dr. Wahl's books are very good. I especially like her book "Minding Your Mitochondria" as she gives an excellent explanation how different foods can regulate the NMDA receptor.
