does anybody have any tips?
Hello,
I have always had a hard time recognizing manic and dramatic reactions to situations that cause anxiety. In these manic moments, I have spent money, sent letters and made my SO feel eggshelley. Over the many years, i have gotten better with lots of work and practice, but I still have a hard time recognizing when I am getting too panicky, when it is happening, and I even can't recognize it after I have done it. Does anyone who may have been or is in a similar situation have any tips? |
