Driving Miss Crazy
 

Are you one of those charming drivers who make the expressways extra annoying? Here's a checklist, and all additions are welcome!

-I'm not the pace car. Do you follow right on my butt in wide open traffic because you're afraid to pass me, or because you're just afraid and probably shouldn't be driving?

-Do you know that you can accelorate while your cruise is on so that you can pass more efficiently, thereby allowing the dozen other cars you've trapped to be on their way?

-Good news! If you set your cruise control, I won't have to keep passing you as if we're in a ping-pong match!

-If you're in the left lane, you'd better be passing someone, otherwise, get over!

-How does your cell phone manage to make your car slow down to 50 mph? If you can't pay attention to your driving, should you also be on the phone??

-Fix that muffler! You stink! Stay behind me!

-The point of that nice long entrance ramp is so you can get your car moving fast enough to enter the flow of traffic, not to get adjusted and fasten your seatbelt while finding the best places for your Big Mac and giant soft drink!

-When you bolted around me in the right lane, did you honestly not notice that you were going 20mph faster than the car I'm in line to pass?

please don't go the same speed as the car in the lane next to you- especially if there are cars lined up behind you- speed up a bit or pull over to let others pass.

If cruising in the right hand lane and a on ramp/merge lane is coming up - just check it to see if cars may need room to enter - if the left lane is empty just move over for a bit to make merging easier.

:( dang jo....if you don't drive the same speed as the hunk next to you...how do you get a chance to check him out and flirt? :p

Ok Cindy, you started this thread to get back at me didn't you! She hates talking to me on the phone while I am driving cuz I yell at stupid drivers! LOL!

I hate drivers who think that formation driving is a something that you must do! Now mind you, I am a pilot and formation flying is something that is done in the AIR, NOT ON THE GROUND IN A CAR! Get that. Pass me, get behind me, or get in front of me. Don't stay in my blind spot. Cuz, I will accelerate and get in front of you. Or I will slow down and get behind you.

I also don't like those jerks who think that if they try to push me from behind I will go faster! Nunh uh - not going to happen. :p I can't go any faster than the idiot in front of me and making stupid faces at me and tailgating me won't make that guy in front of me go any faster!

And see those trees in my pickup bed? I am going slow for a reason! And yes, I am pulled over to the shoulder so YOU can pass me! Honking your horn at me doesn't help! I know I am going slow, stupid! Duh! You want a tree with no leaves? Didn't think so. Pass me. Be smart! It's legal to drive on the shoulder when you have that little red flag hanging off those long loads and going slow....read the drivers' manual! Oh can't read!

And thank you for putting your phone number on the side of your truck! Or the back panel. Makes it easy to call your company and report your sign language!

Why do you feel the need to share your music with the world?
 

Why do I need to "feel" the beat of your music while sitting at a red light? :eek: I don't want to feel your music in my chest! If I wanted to hear your music, I would get out of my car and sit in yours! Oh, you didn't hear what I said? Must be the DAMAGE to your eardrums from all that T H U M P I N G going on inside that old beat up vehicle you are driving ! :cool:

That's why Apple invented the I P O D, YOU DUMMY! I don't want to feel their music either.
