Lost my son
 
3yrs ago I lost my oldest son to suicide..
Also Lost myself my mind and reality..
Cry.. night mares,,,,etc etc etc

Voices inside, I understand what you are going through. Our only son, Michael, killed him self 30 years ago this month.. It is a very long hard road to recovery filled with guilt, anger (how could he do such a thing!!) a river of tears and finally, acceptance.
Please know that that you are not alone
and talking about your son and your feelings about his life and his death is the right way to go.
