Central sensitization

Hello CP folks,
I have thought I have PN, but I have only been told central sensitization.
Is that a cop out too, just the anxiety diagnosis?
I would rather just be told they don't know.
Any experiences/suggestions you have?

I had neuropathy symptoms long before neuropathy had showed on testing.

I believe that central sensitization is now being taught
In the various CME seminars. So doctors are mentioning
It more to patients.
