Need Neurologist in Lexington, Kentucky area

Hi,

I have a friend with CRPS, neuropathy, fibromyalgia and other medical issues. Can anyone recommend a quality Neurologist in this area? I also posted a request in the RSD group for a Pain Doc. If anyone here can recommend a Pain Doc as well, I'll take that too!
