Steroid injection in cervical spine

I had steroid injection a couple of weeks ago. I have nerve pain in many areas:abdomen, legs, feet and more recently left arm and shoulder.

The steroid injection was supposed to help my arm and shoulder. I don't notice any improvement in that area. However, I do notice some improvement elsewhere. The tingling in my legs isn't as bad.

Can steroid injection in cervical spine help with pain in lower body?
