Can we say DIVORCE finally!!!!!!!
 

Hi,
I finally got the money to do divorce online $245.00.:mad: I actually got all the documents yesterday and was ready to go downtown today or tomorrow to file it for another $216.00.

THEN the sheriff came to my house early evening,and I got served by the idiot. Well, how odd. I am glad though, now I don't have to spend the money to file it, nor do I have to go to court. He filed it on Monday.

I just don't know when the court date is and when I will be divorced. I think it is only 60 days in this State. YIPPEE:)

Funny, I spoke to his PO yesterday and told him and he was going to serve him for me, so they wouldn't have to hunt him down. I also found out his address has changed, and I had his old address on all my documents. So, it would be easier that way.

Have to make some call's today to find out, if there is anything I have to do.
Yet, when I divorced him, yes I remarried him, he didn't have to show, and he didn't in court but that was back East.:rolleyes:

Dirk will be back early from MI, he is leaving the day after Father's Day.

I will be divorced soon also. My husband filed for divorce about a month ago. Yea for both of us.
