Biologic therapy?

I spoke to a renowned neurosurgeon who treated me for thoracic outlet syndrome when my CRPS returned (to make sure it wasn't both things again).

He said that if I was still symptomatic 6 months post-op shoulder surgery, he would recommend a biologic like Enbrel or Humira. Anyone heard of that as a tx option?
