Strange head symptoms 9 months PCS
Although i'm overwhelmingly active with work and long walks I am suffering of late tremendously from head sensitivity and what i feel like is my brain moving inside of my scalp.
Also very odd is that when i eat spicy foods it's as if i can feel tingling or inflammation inside of my head. Or fluid going back and forth. Another odd symptom is tingling in my feet. Current symptoms yet to fade are exhaustive fatigue (always tired), insomnia and constant tinnitus 24/7 in my right ear, the side of impact. Any thoughts or feedback greatly appreciated. |
Hi martin, I am 9 months into this and have head sensitivity as one of my major symptoms. I feel the exact same thing of brain shaking inside my skull. Its more noticeable upon potholes and bumps on road.
Nobody knows for sure what it means heck none of the doctors have believed me till now and chalk it off as psychological. We have to deal with this and get over it. Many of us on this forum suspect this particular symptom as a result of inflammation in our brain. So taking fish oil and turmeric should help .I took a high dose of fish oil for 2 days and felt this symptom reduced. Even tinnitus went down. This particular symptom has completely halted my life as I fear I am further damaging my brain by giving such shakes to it. Better answers would come up which would help me as well as I am searching for answers regarding this symptom. I am posting 2 links which might help you. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/ar.../t-168307.html http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/ar.../t-198492.html |
martin82,
You will of course be tired if you are not getting good sleep. The head sensitivity can be made worse by exhaustion and anxiety. When we are exhausted and anxious, we sense things that we would not sense at other times. This time of year can be extra exhausting due to holiday activities, etc. It has been my toughest time of year for the past 14 years. |
