Is this a value to be treated for...

So I got a Free T3: 3.1 pg/ml
Free T4: 1.43 ng/dl

I know a lot of folks that did not get full thyroid tests and could have been treated earlier.

Any thoughts on the above levels?

This link gives the ranges. Alot depends on the lab and how they report it. So you should consult the full report showing the ranges from your lab.
