Ouch Muscle Spasms
 

Wow, I had a major pain flare up today, from my headache to my neck fusion down to my lumbar spine.:(

I had to finally call my PCP and she called me in some muscle relaxants, my regular pain meds didn't work.:(

I spent the entire day in bed. Maybe getting served yesterday was more shocking than I thought, I must of tensed up badly. Even though I am very happy about it.

So, the muscle relaxants should be kicking in soon, need to have some supper soon.

The day I found out my husband had filed for divorce was a bad day for me even though I want it also. It's normal so I hear to feel something like stress or down in my case.
