taKing methyl b12

Hi,
I am taking methyl b12 daily 5mg under my tongue.
What folate should I take along with it in case I have MTHFR?
Thank you.

Methylfolate is what you need. Many places online have it.

One brand name is Metafolin by Solgar. 800mcg is enough daily.

Local Vitamin Shoppes have this too:

Hi Baba, My Endo prescribed Foltanx that has both in one pill. I can't remember the doses but I'm sure you could search for it. Good Luck, Ken in Texas
