not sure what to try anymore

I am having chronic 24/7 pain on right side of my abdomen after my lap kidney surgery 8 months ago. I have u/s, ct scan, mri done nothing showing up on them. My urologist has sais he cant do anymore for me. I have seen couple of general surgeons who said they can't operate on me since nothing showing up. After I saw pain managment who did some injections, and nerve blocks but that is also failure.
I am at the point where Im sick of this pain, its constant dull ache 24/7, not related to eating, activity or anything, none of the other meds like lyrica, elavil, gabapentin, cymbalta help unless its narcotics in large amounts. I dont know if he cut some nerve or I have scar tissue pain. Lately Im feeling very depressed and I feel I rather die than live this way. If theres anything else left to try please let me know. I am from Toronto, canada btw. Thanks

Is this near the incision sites? Could there be some scar tissue that might need scar tissue release?
Not sure if this might help.
Hope you get relief soon.

It is near the incision sites, I have incisions in the middle of my right side of abdomen, and thats where I feel the pain to the right side of those incisions, but sometimes Im feeling same kind of pain only to my flank, like all the way to the side and not close to incisions. Maybe its scar tissue, it can refer pain further to injury site. In that case, is it better to see a massage therapist or physiotherapist?

If you think it's scar tissue, you may want to look into using castor oil pack over the area to help break up the scar tissue. You can search on how to make the pack. Lots of videos and instruction out there. Just be sure to get a quality castor oil specific for the packs.

I went to a PT that specialized in this and yes, it helped my area. It was near my incision, so I knew it was most likely scar tissue.

I tried the castor oil for a while, but the PT and the laser helped me.

We all are different.

I hope you are better soon.

Ok, I will try all those suggestions for sure. My only doubt is I feel maybe its nerve pain rather than scar tissue because I cant seem to touch this pain in anyway( like even if I press deep over pain area, it still says same dull ache) and its not related to excercise, movement, diet also. But I will try PT and see, maybe they can help me figure out what this pain is.
