Has anyone had hypogammaglobulenmia with MG or while on steroids? Does anyone have Good Pasture's syndrome associated with MG?

My IGM and IGG are less than half the lower limits of normal. Is that normal from steroids?

I wouldn't assume that it's from immunosuppression.

Do you have Good Pasture's? Or is this rheumatology related?

An immunologist would be able to help you figure this out. Do you know of a good one?

They did a protein electrophoresis before prednisone, and my gamma globulins were .6, the lower limits of normal. They did more specific test at John hopkins and my IgG and IgM are now less than half the lower limits of normal. IgA was normal. I saw about Good Patures and saw it associated with MG. It would explain some of my other symptoms. I go back to John Hopkins on Monday and see what they say.
