I take a shelf stable one from garden of life called primal defense ultra ultimate probiotic formula.
It has a lot of good bacteria. 5 billion live cells per day and 13 species of beneficial cultures, I take it at night on an empty stomach. I only take one, they reccommend 3 a day. It is expensive. bizi I am back to taking my magnesium oxide 1000mg at night for regularity...the prescription stuff did not help. need to let the gastro guy know that. |
