New member hello

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.

I recently had an anterior cervical disk fusion. I think I am doing well but wanted to see if there are others out there that have had the same surgery as I did and see what their experiences have been. Or maybe I can help someone who is going to have this surgery. Feel free to contact me.
