Peripheral Neuropathy (Nerve inside Right Thigh)

I have Numbness of skin on thigh above the right knee (right side of thigh).
A nerve running by the right side of the knee and the skin above it seems numb.
Is there a cure for it. Thanks.

We can't diagnose you here exactly, but it sounds like a condition called Meralgia Paresthetica.
