severe nuerpathy in both feet and now starting in hands

For the last three nites I have cried because f the severe pain in my feet . I am on 600 mg Lyrica, 300 mg Gamipin, and now 600mg Tramadal and there is no relief any suggestions

Sorry for your pain. I've tried an Acupuncturist with good results for my Parathesia. I also use heat lamps and cold ice packs at different times of the day.
