Triggers for head pain?
 

Might be a silly question :eek: but can anyone tell me if the pain in temple/left side of head can be triggered or worsened by wearing spectacles? I've worked out that my pain gets triggered by this and reading on my side in bed makes it even worse. Any thoughts?
