My son makes chocolate things, and says that tempering it is trickey. I'll be sending this video to him too.

I wonder if the balloons are latex?
I can see how it would work. It's really clever, but I'm not sure I could eat it after it's been in the balloon with the chalk and the rubber or whatever. :o

That is a good point Lara. Perhaps they were washed before hand? They looked really thin to me since they were small.

They're the little ones children and some adults lol use for water bombs.
