Neuro, Gastro, or Psychologist?

Hi friends! Some may know, but most won't, that I have severe sfn. Still no cause has been found for the damage, and I will be finding out in 2 months, if the damage is getting worse (second skin biopsy after a year).

Since I got diagnosed, it seems like I develop new, and usually worse symptoms every 2-3 months. The current bane of my existence is this horrible stomach pain and nausea. I usually wake up very sick to my stomach, sometimes with vomiting. I then feel nauseous on and off all day, but I have a burning pain right above my belly button that is similar to intense hunger pain. Every time I eat, I get extremely nauseous and bloated, and the pain doesn't go away. So far, the only mwdication that has worked on the stomach pain/nausea is medical marijuana(legal here in michigan). The marijuana was option 3 after trying dicyclomine and hyoscyamine. On the plus side, I found that the MM helps with the neuropathy pain!

I have been seeing my gastroenterologist, and after a colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and small bowel x ray, she has ruled out everything.

She told me it might be time to go back to the neurologist, because she thinks it might be related to the sfn.

I was warned about autonomic neuropathy when I was diagnosed with sfn. The neuro said it might already be starting, because I had some weird test results on the QSART test.

Is there anybody out there who has sfn and autonomic neuropathy?
If so, how bad will this get?
What do you guys think?

Thank you!!
