Take gapapentin,magnesum,calciums etc. Only relief is to get up and walk around. also quinine

I have gone back and forth between klonopin and requip. Requip really didn't work but I only got up to 4 mg on the dosage. Klonopin seems to work best for me.

I used to take quinine capsules but I was taking methotrexate at the same time and the docs were concerned about the platelet count decrease so no more quinine.

Have you tried increasing your potassium? That's another trick I also learned.

I have MS, BTW.
