A while back i was getting terrible calf cramps and Wings 42 told me about Calc' & mag', haven't had a cramp since. They stopped given us Quinine over here in Australia, not quite sure what it is but its not good to take apparently, others might know the reason why. Brian :) |
type of magnesium
is very important.
Welcome Marrox.... If you use magnesium oxide..you are not absorbing much. This is the commonest form in many supplements, because it is inexpensive. please check out this thread: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=1138 |
Look for a product called dolomite. This is a mineral containing carbonates of calcium and magnesium. If you can't find that item, look for something that contains the carbonates of magnesium and calcium.
There is good evidence that this product helps with cramps. |
