New with spinal issues

Hi everyone, I have lower back and cervical arthritis along with bulging discs and stenosis. I also have hip bursitis caused by lower back. Ive been getting ablations in my neck for 5 years and epidurals in my back for the bursitis for 3 years. Im hoping others with same conditions can offer support and that I can help others too.

I have been a spine patient now for 10 years and it is not fun

Hi, Kath,
You will find the caring members here will give support freely, and take that offered with open hearts. Your pain will hopefully be tempered by your sharing and experiences here.
