Any helpful tips?
I am having surgery on Thursday and will be working from home as soon as I can. Did anyone find a set up (TV trays, lap boards, etc.) that worked the best while recovering? I have a power recliner that I plan on living in and most of my work will be data entry and computer work. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated 😃:)
Actually tips for any part of the recovery would be awesome. Thanks!!!! Kristine |
Depending on the recliner arms, or maybe even try some test set ups ahead of time with pillows and a board, or large plastic cutting board might keep things from sliding around, or maybe a tray with low sides, anything handy that might fit across.
Side tables would be handy too for water, meds snacks, phone. Some pre made meals in the freezer or canned foods , easy heat up things. and easy to eat..just tin case hands/arms aren't working well at first.. easy on clothes Be sure to take movement breaks often, and rest when you get fatigued. Everyone recovers at different time frames, so don’t push thru pain. |
