2 years and 3 months on off all meds

In January I stopped my Lyrica and February stopped Cymbalta.

Doing fine but have more ear ache and pulsatile tinnitus since stopping meds. However less tired now I am med free, so it's a trade off!

Working full time in demanding job, it just all takes time to recover.

Mouse,

The tinnitus might be from med withdrawals. When I quit Paxil 1.5 years ago I had terrible tinnitus during withdrawal.
