essential tremor or something else?

Hi everyone,

In the last 2 weeks i've been feeling a great degree of fatigue on my forearm extensor muscles. No pain, but they feel very tired just raising my hand using my wrists. The right is worse. I have allowed them to rest for two days but they still feel tired. When i raise my hand or rotate my wrists up and down my hands do shake a little bit as well. I'm not sure if they are shaking out of fatigue (like when you lift something heavy) or due to a tremor. The shakiness is barely visible and doesnt interfere with my life but i can certainly feel the shakiness. Maybe im just being hyper aware. If i hold my hand out they seem to be alright as long as i dont rotate my wrists.

Could this be ET based on your experience? Perhaps the fatigue is amplifying my normal physiological tremor? I'm going to post in the repetitive strain injury forum aswell so see if you can have RSI with out pain.

Hi Andrew I know its not pleasant, im just going through the same symptoms as you are but mostly body tremors and getting anxiety, Have you seen your doctor or a neurologist to evaluate your symptoms?
