Coming off a Benzo-Valium
 

Does anyone know of any vitamins to take after coming off a Benzo aka Valium. When you take a Benzo it alters the GABA and Glutamate in your brain. This can take months or years for your brain to reprogram to where it was before you took a benzo. *edit*l. Most doctors have no idea how taking a benzo alters your GABA and Glutamate and your entire Central Nervous System. A benzo should never be used more than 3 weeks. It's a very dangerous drug to come off of after using it for many years. Thanks!
