More symptoms..........

I am noticing more symptoms in my right foot in the last week, my toes are turning blue at times but just at the base, or where they meet the foot. The skin on my 4 small toes has gone shiny, and the skin on top of my foot now has red specks in it. At the top of my foot where it meets my toes its all red with 2 spots that are a darker red one with some scaling skin, then the speckle fan out towards my ankle. My foot, ankle, lower leg, and toes has been very swollen off and on over the last few days and the pain is awful.
I have an appointment with my regular doctor on Thursday and my first appointment with the pain clinic on Friday. As of right now my diagnosis of CRPS is unofficial. If it isn't what the heck is this? It is really scaring the crap out of me.

hi Carolina Rose,

Can't say if it's CRPS or not but it is certainly a circulatory symptom. Sounds like your circulation is impaired by swelling, then you swell more and it goes from there. Try elevation and some Epsom bath soaks to get the swelling down, gentle movement with ankle rotations and toe curls and if you can tolerate it light compression to help venous return.

Hang in there!
Sending Healing Love,

Try and stay calm and wait for your doctor :)

It sounds a lot like Crps. But I'm not a doctor. There are a lot of conditions that share MANY symptoms with Crps. However I will say that Crps and a lot of Neurological conditions can all be effected by stress. It's extremely hard to say stay calm when you're having all these freaky symptoms on top of a ton of pain, trust me, I know personally. But it is true. Until you can see your doctor and get some definitive answers or a diagnosis, try some meditation or yoga breathing.
I sincerely hope that you don't have Crps as it's not fun!
In the meantime I'm sending Love and Warm hugs!
Emma
