Left Elbow MRI .. please help me interpret this
 

MR FINDINGS:

.Old united fracture of the medial epicondyle with bony remodeling
.The common extensor tendon shows intrasubstance faintly bright yet no evidence of tendinous disruption; denoting mild tendinopathy
Moderate synovial effusion is seen with evidence of encystations/ loculation as well as few internal debris denoting synovitis

not sure of specific meanings of those...
