RNS Interpretation

2 Attachment(s)
Is anyone here familiar with how to interpret a repetitive nerve conduction study?

I was told mine was normal, but it looks like an MG decrement to me.

The first file attachment is my test results, the second one shows a normal rns vs a myasthenic decrement.

Elonwen, I can't see the first one (the top). The second one looks like slight decrement in the middle. I suggest sitting down with your neuro and discussing it.

An RNS isn't necessarily positive in someone with MG. Are they going to do a SFEMG?

Have you gotten any word back from your neuro as to what he or she is going to do next?

Annie
