Knee pain, what!!!

I got an injury a year ago from roller blading. I soon ended up spraining my MCL and tearing my ligament in my left knee. I needed to wear a brace on it for the entire summer! (Big bummer) and I finally could stop wearing it when I started going to school again. But now it is almost the end of the school year and the knee pain is starting to return in my ligament but not in my MCl. The pain is not always consistent but it starts to throb when I kneel, bend down, or do anything that involves bending my knee. I don't know what is going on with my knee and it is concerning me because the pain is starting to return.

Have you had it rechecked by a dr?
Also could be some internal scar tissue..

Hi Slummygiraffe67

Welcome to NeuroTalk :).

A physiotherapist might be able to help you. A physio could suggest exercises which will help your knee to recover.

Welcome to NeuroTalk, slummygiraffe. :)

In the same situation, I'd do what Kiwi suggested and pay a visit to a physiotherapist.
