Another question....does physical nerve damage cause tenderness?

Hi again,

One area that I believe was physically injured by acupuncture is my head. The top of my scalp is very tender and hurts around the areas she stuck needles in and then the tenderness/pain goes down the back of my scalp into my neck in two straight lines. This seems weird to me, I haven't heard anybody complaining about this before. I want to massage it cus it feels good but then I suffer more pain after.
Does anybody else have this?

Thanks guys, you are all amazing.
