Judge that apologised to my abuser

Finally I pray for justice, This woman actually found my habitual PFA offender not guilty and apologised to him for his injustice.
I had to fight police to charge with in contempt violation, the magistrate that did not think it was that big of a deal....(he pinned me in; he was behind my car with his van)
And then she kept running a monkey court with his witnesses telling conflicting stories.
I and my witness told exactly what happened and she was ******...Felt I was pushy with the system to protect me agaist the need.( Likely she knew I was retired Police) Local Chief told me to get thicker skin!

Lokuta is a total off the wall NUT CASE!

She does not shower for days. wears bedroom slippers to court, takes long breaks for naps.....
Hope the get to tose her out!

Lokuta’s trial slated for autumn
County judge faces misconduct charges for which she could be removed from the bench.

Luzerne County Judge Ann Lokuta’s trial on judicial misconduct charges won’t take place until late September or October, attorneys in the case said.

The attorneys met for a pre-trial conference Tuesday in Philadelphia. There, Judge Richard Sprague, who is presiding over Lokuta’s case for the Court of Judicial Discipline, indicated the trial won’t begin until after Labor Day.

The parties on Tuesday also discussed their witness lists and any issues regarding the witnesses, Lokuta’s attorney, Louis Sinatra, said. Sprague ordered the attorneys to give him a revised list of witnesses.

“We have a significant number of witnesses to refute the allegations,” Sinatra said. “And we have significant number of documents that explode these contentions, which are very disturbing to me because I think she is a fine judge.”

Last year, Francis Puskas II, deputy chief counsel for the state’s Judicial Conduct Board, filed charges against Lokuta, claiming she violated the Judicial Code of Conduct by being “discourteous, rude, impatient, undignified, abusive, unprofessional, demeaning, humiliating, intimidating and volatile” toward attorneys, court personnel and her staff since taking the bench in 1992.

Lokuta has denied all wrongdoing. If the charges are proven, Lokuta could face reprimand, suspension or removal from the bench.

Puskas on Tuesday said no definite location has been set for the trial. But most trials are done in Harrisburg, he said.

Sinatra said some of the allegations against his client are “incredulous.” Others, though, are true.

“We acknowledge that the judge is very intelligent and a very constant perfectionist,” Sinatra said. “We’ll admit to that. We don’t admit that that’s bad thing.”

Puskas and Sinatra said Tuesday’s pre-trial conference will continue July 17.

I hope she goes out also. For some reason I perfer the men judges. Of course I've only had one lady judge with my husband and she basically told my husband who admitted to hitting me that she could tell he was one of the good ones. She can tell that after 2 (5) minute hearings and I can't say he's an abuser after 12 years with him?

Whaaaaaat?

I really dislike attorneys and judges both. They tend to be holier than thou and quick to judge - what they believe in is right and all else is wrong. Ohhhh, don't get me going~~~

I am so sorry that this judge is so biased, it shouldn't be that way Di. :( I wish she had been more understanding and sympathetic, but some people are just biased no matter what you present to them and no matter in what light it's shown in. :(

That is so wrong BF, that judge was out of her mind to think she is that good of a judge of character! Insane! No reason for someone like that behind the bench IMO. Sorry you had to go through that. :(
