Weird Headaches
Ive already made a thread about this a couple months back but am feeling the need to because they are still such a big deal with me. My head is extremely sensitive.. to the point it has taken over my life and I can hardly do anything without getting these headaches. They arent normal headaches. They feel like pressure built up in my head and I cant think straight while experiencing them. They last depending on how bad I shook or bumped my head, and when they go away I know it because of a couple things. One theres usually a very loud ringing noise that suddenly goes off in my ear. And two I feel much better after they go. Now I guess my question is, is this just normal PCS? I shouldnt worry and continue to rest and take it easy? Or is this something more serious that came about from my concussions that I should get tests done for and get doctors. Thanks.

Do you mean to say you are shaking or bumping your head before these head aches ?
I live with head aches on and off so I do not get concerned about them. I have been dealing with a general head ache plus the occasional stabbing pain of vaso spasm head aches since about 6:00 yesterday evening. I also get 'mud head aches' where it feels like my head is packed tight with mud and my thinking is labored. |
Well not on purpose. Something such as stumbling a little or sneezing or braking too hard in the car will be sure to give me a headache for a day or two. My head is really sensitive. It makes doing anything other than laying around difficult. Its basically deal with constant headaches which are probably closest to what you call mud headaches, or do nothing. Will this just go away in time? Im worried its something more than PCS. Things even less significant than what ive listed have causes the headaches too. And they stack up. One will go away but then Ill still have another from something else so my head still isnt 'clear'.

Visiting a good Atlas Orthogonal chiro helped with a lot of my headaches/neck pain. But overall the only cure was time I think.
I still get headaches if I'm over stressed, spend too much time on computer, exert myself, etc, but it's much better than last year for example. |
