looking for help

My husband suffered a stroke 2 years ago. since then he has no emotional contact with anyone. he does not like to be touched or he does not touch either. He has not said I love you at all what can I do to cope?

How does he act, friendly and cooperative, or totally detached , cold?
Have you asked the dr about this?
Perhaps it was the part of the brain that was affected and may heal after some time has passed.
