Edema
I'm in a wheelchair 24/7 with a useless left leg/foot that swelled up with edema so insurance company ok'ed request for booties (fills like an air raft with air) and pump thing (IF I had no insurance is $5000) that inflates, deflates them to get veins pumping and fluid out. Gosh, it's great, like a massage but tireless. I love it!

I do love it, but rather had no need of it!

I'm so happy it's working for you. Any little or big comfort help is
well worth the cost. Glad your Insurance is paying, though!! |
so glad you're able to get some help paying for that...and that it's doing it's job.
So sorry you have the need for it:( |
I don't need them, but I want a pair.
Foot massage, sounds great. |
Yay!!
Great news, Kicker!
|
I'm calling my booties Swen. They just keep on massaging.

Hi Kicker,
I am very happy your booties are helping  |
I know that OPC's address Edema. I'm headed into my 20th year of taking Pycnogenol first in the beginning year and then finding grape seed extract just as effective and less money. I've had 2 bouts of edema, one from BP med and the other after hip replacement surgery and upping my grape seed extract for a while knocked out the edema. I have a post in the vitamin/supp section here.
One on pharma blood thinner cannot take both. |
