Useful info for newbies
 

It really helps if you put a brief outline of your injury (include date) and current symptoms in your signature so folk don't have to strain trying to remember what you put in your first post ;)

To do this sign in and click 'User CP' top left, then scroll down the left hand menu list to 'Edit Signature'.
