I need a suggestion

Lately I have been wondering if I have a tear in any of the brain covering membranes. I read in one of the old posts on this forum where a guy said the sensitivity to bumps and jolts while travelling could be because of a tear in a membrane and caused by shortage of csf and lack of cushioning. I asked a neurosurgeon on YouTube and he said this could be it.

My question is that is it necessary to have contrast MRI after a closed head injury. I had a ct scan and MRI without contrast and both were negative.

Any suggestions if I should get a contrast MRI? I have no headaches or leaks from ears and nose whatsoever. Just sensitivity to bumps and jolts as my major symptom which is slowly improving. Any suggestions? Is it worth getting contrast MRI ?

I don't think so. If you have a tear in the meninges and your only symptom is sensitivity to small bumps, there is no treatment that is not a greater risk.

Google meninges tear. They would have to penetrate the skull to inject some of your blood to block the tear while it heals. Any tear you may have had would likely have self-healed by now.
