Nerve injuries and pulsing at the site

Hi

I don't know, but I believe I have literally full body crps. I have been diagnosed with sfn but I believe I have this too. I believe it came from acupuncture that was done on me because the spots that were hit with needles have pulsates throbbed and ached no stop for 6 months ( literally). The spots that had needles feel like they have their own heartbeat. Does anybody have this? The areas below my mid calfs ( just one area as an example) buzz and feel like there is electricity running in them all the time. These feeling are from the needle points down. Does this sound familiar to anybody? Does it ever go away?
I hear about achieving remission in this board, if it's been over 6 minths and no treatment or diagnosis is there any chance of remission? I have no color change, temp change or swelling. Well none that I am aware of anyway. Little paw said sometimes that is only detected by measurement?
I can physically do pretty much anything but I pay for it in pain, throbbing, twitching, burning etc later.

What do I do? Any suggestions please.
