razzle,
I agree with you..... teeth are a part of your body and need to be considered important by the insurance companies. Have you looked into AARP for dental care coverage? http://www.aarphealthcare.com/insura...insurance.html OR.... http://medicarewire.com/dental-insur.../#.VYBBWUZSK74 |

I've had medicare for over 10 yrs and for some years I had smilesaver "discount" insurance, pretty inexpensive yearly and deep discounts. Then I got disenchanted with the dentist I had and dropped that smilesaver, found Careington and it looks good and a friend bought into it and she uses it. We're in california.
Then I found a dentist who would clean my teeth for $65 and not push xrays, as I don't want them....I've had so much dental work over my life and now work hard to keep my mouth in good condition. I know the almost 20 yrs of grape seed extract has kept my gums in much much better condition. I make up my own toothpaste which coconut oil based, add MSM, clove drops, and sometimes myrrh drops and working with other TP's that are much better than commercial TP's...don't use fluoride.. I hope I can keep in good shape with what I'm doing. Do my best to avoid refined carbs and sugars. Just googled Careington 500 and they are across the US. |
