strange goings on

I've had some strange progressions of my neuropathy and I'm sure most of you can say that. When it started to be noticed my pain was mostly at daytime. I mean that when I lay down to go to sleep the pains melted away. It has allowed me to work on my insomnia issues and get some quality sleep. It's been that way for around a year or more.

Within the last couple of weeks this had almost flip flopped with my nights being painful and my days relatively mild. But there's more. Things usually start to go south about 4 pm with pain increase. Now something has been added. I start to get all nervous and jittery and anxious feeling and that starts the cascade of pain. My heart and bladder get all nervous and jumpy.

Any ideas of why things switched and what these mini panic attacks are all about because lately they come out of the blue and i'm relaxed and in a good mood and then bam!?

I've never had panic attack in my life and then when this thing hit I figured it was the only explanation. I was mistaking panic feelings for autonomic malfunctions. I have drops in blood pressure, heart palps, waves of dizziness, strange breathing episodes, bladder, and other fun stuff.

So I'm kind of par for the course. But it's so strange to me this day/night reversal out of the blue.

Insomnia and having zapping pain wake me was a one two punch that had 4 hours of sleep in a row as a gold standard.

I had a good two months averaging better sleep, though this week that was not so. The weather has been funky. It is an April, early May feel. I prefer cold, but I was just starting to adjust to the weather.

I didn't get much physical benefit from this boon of sleep (as in mornings could be as bad or as good as they get) but the mental rest was great.

I will say despite the better sleep getting up at least 3-4 times a night is probably an average. If I'm spent from a full day maybe just once.
