Advice on what blood work to get done

I'm going to my GP to request that blood work be done for my issues.

Like most on here, I experience the typical revolving set of symptoms:
Anxiety (possibly some depression), hand tremors, cognitive fog, general unwell feeling, etc.

What specific blood tests should I ask him to run....including any tests that might be "out-side the box"? Specifically, I'd like to analyze my hormones, thyroid, testosterone, etc. Or, anything that might be related to the anxiety originating from my trauma.

Suggestions? Advice?

B-12, D-3, magnesium, folate, DHEA, testosterone, estradiol, Thyroid, and possibly a few others that I can't remember. Maybe even a fasting glucose. SNTF if you can get it. http://www.scientificamerican.com/po...sion-severity/
